This strawberries and cream drink by LightFull Foods packaged in a tetrapak makes a delicious and filling snack; and its one of the few bright lights in the yogurt category as the sales seem to be finally slowing down after years of phenomenal growth. Six grams of fiber, six grams of protein, and only 90 calories! We also like the fact that it does not contain the high fructose corn syrup often found in yogurt products. Instead it is sweetened with stevia, an all natural sweetener from the rainforest. Retails for $2.49/11 oz. Also comes in Chocolate Fudge, Peaches & Cream, and Café Latte.
