Everybody is going "trans fat free," which is great news and as a result, food companies have started to reformulate their products by eliminating those damaging trans fats. Back to Nature contains no trans fats, preservatives or artificial ingredients and some of the ingredients are organic. But you have to ask the most important cookie question: how do they taste?
