A little about me... I am 39 years old male originally from England,now living in sunny San Antonio, Texas. 40 or so pounds over weight, quit smoking a year and half ago, wife had our first baby 5 months ago (April 2003) and I put on pounds. I like my beer, but only drink it on Tuesdays (dart league) and sometimes on the weekend if we go out. I have a glass or 2 of wine a day with my dinner. I walk every lunchtime for at least 30 minutes. I want to start walking in the mornings but I like to sleep in. I have tried other diets including the Atkins (which I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks and then put it all back on over a weekend). I have decided to drop the weight and keep it off I need to change my eating habits. I love to eat and lots of it, so I am cutting back and trying to exercise.
