The Institute of Medicine has published their report to the FDA suggesting the New Recommended Daily Allowances. We applaud these recommendations and suggest that once approved and listed on every food package, it will go a long way in helping fight our obesity and other food & health problems.
Here are the CURRENT Reference Values for Nutrition Labeling, Based on a 2,000 Calorie Intake, for Adults and Children 4 or More Years of Age - REVIEW THESE, THEN USE THE PULL DOWN MENU TO SELECT A PROFILE GROUP TO SEE THE NEW RECOMMENDATIONS AND SEE JUST HOW MUCH CHANGE WE NEED!
