Chef Jamie's Pumpkin Ginger Pancakes
Everyone loves these pancakes, and not just around the holidays!
This recipe makes 10-12 pancakes.
Pumpkin Ginger Pancakes Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
Pumpkin Ginger Pancakes Directions:
In a medium sized bowl, sift together the flour, salt, sugar, powder, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
Heat a pancake griddle or frying pan till very hot. (To test the temperature, a drop of water flicked on the pan should jump about.) Grease the surface well, then use about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake.
