- 1, 8-oz bottle chilled Homemade Vanilla Ensure® Clinical Strength*
- 1, whole medium banana
- 1, 15-oz can peaches, drained
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp sugar
- 5 to 7 ice cubes
Peel banana and cut it into chunks. Place the chunks into a blender with the drained peaches. Add nutmeg, Ensure, sugar, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth, about 45 seconds. Serve immediately.
