Anyone who has celiac disease should not have to compromise when it comes to taste or cooking preparation. This pizza has a crispy and tasty crust, is obviously gluten free, but that's about it. There is hardly any sauce - we couldn't get the cheese to melt even after cooking longer than their instructions of 12 minutes; and the flavor of the spices are practically nonexistent. The high point is that the pepperoni itself cooked perfectly and is actually delicious. Half a pizza which is 5 ounces is 350 calories,18 grams of fat and 16 grams of protein.

We haven't reviewed a chocolate in a while - one reason is that these days there are a lot of terrific dark chocolates on the market, but not too much differentiation. This one is different - embedded in the chocolate are dry roasted edamame which give a terrific crunch and the added protein benefits of soy. One bar, which is 3 1/2 ounces contains 30 grams of fat, 45 grams of sugars and 10 grams of protein. The chocolate itself is 55% cacao and is very tasty with no chalkiness. The edamame add crunch, but not flavor.

There's no question that this is one terrific product! Wheat berries are high in iron, protein and fiber and are so versatile you could eat this as a side dish, mix in with vegetables or soups, or even sprinkle on salads.
