This one is actually quite flavorful and is fortified with fruit extracts - including apple, blueberries and goji among others. Nothing artificial, and sweetened with stevia. 99% lactose free with no caffeine. Protein drinks are all the rage, and everywhere, but this one might be a standout.

I know you have heard of snickerdoodles, but these are Skeeterdoodles, and the reason is they're totally nut free. Especially for parents these days packing their kids' school lunches where having everything nut free is important. The crispiness and the flavor of these are terrific for all ages. I quickly became addicted to their other recipe - oatmeal cookies. As good as these are, I really wish they would stop using high fructose corn syrup. 2 cookies are 170 calories and 21 grams of sugars.

Golden Mirabelle Plum
This product is a HIT!
So, I happen to love this brand's Orange Preserves, but this Golden Plum is my new favorite. As with all their preserves there is nothing artificial and you really taste the fruit - which is to be expected since the first ingredient is Mirabelle plums. Yes there are sugars added and yes one tablespoon contains 13 grams of sugars, but it's a combination of the added sugars and the natural sugars from the plums, and hey, how much are you going to put on a piece of toast anyway? This is one of those indulgences that you should take advantage of and savor.

If you're looking for a very flavorful all natural carbonated beverage, check this one out. Yes the flavor is called Kola, but it's a recipe of cinnamon, cloves, coriander, kola nut, lemon, lime, orange and nutmeg. It tastes nothing like Coke or Pepsi. It's much lighter, more gently carbonated and made with organic agave instead of high fructose corn syrup. For those who like soda with a meal this is a far better choice as the flavors actually enhance food versus drowning them out. One drawback - it is expensive. And unlike many other sodas, it actually has a very alluring aroma.
