So, here's a new chia beverage that has added potassium and B vitamins. The drink has only 4 grams of sugars and the taste profile is not what you might think. Right on the label the flavor is designated as 'B Meyer' Lemon, but wait a minute, there is no lemon in the ingredients and upon reading the label you will see that B Meyer refers to a coach, not the Meyer lemon. Now take a look at the bottom before you shake it and you'll see all the chia seeds - so make sure that you shake it really well. Think of this a chia energy drink.

Toffee Crunch

If you're looking for a different kind of cookie or crisp that combines the flavor of brownies with toffee, you'll like this product. It's very light, almost aerated, and very crispy, and doesn't have that heavy brownie taste. So, if you're looking for that deep chocolate flavor you may be disappointed. My one complaint is that they're really sweet, a little too sweet. 6 pieces, about this size, are 120 calories, just 4 grams of fat, but contain 13 grams of sugars.

Get this - the folks at Minute Rice are now making durum wheat mac and cheese. Before you turn up your nose, take a bite. It's actually a very tasty recipe that cooks perfectly in this steam-able microwave bag. The cheese sauce itself is lighter than some other macaroni and cheeses, but also it's a tiny bit salty. One bag, which is 10 ounces is 380 calories, 8 grams of fat, 14 grams of protein, but does have 1240 mg of sodium. The other thing that I like is that this macaroni and cheese is the real color of macaroni and cheese, not that bright orange stuff.

What I always like about Bob's products is they are always delicious and always healthful. This muesli can be eaten hot or cold, as a cereal or just out of the bag as a snack. Each ingredient, whether it's oats, sunflower seeds, or other nuts and fruit is true to its heritage in both texture and taste. 1/4 cup is just 110 calories, 3 grams of fat and 5 grams of sugars. The only added sweetener is honey. Each serving is at least 17 grams of whole grains. Bob does it again!
