Frankly it doesn't taste like an almond roca bar and there weren't really as many almonds as I would hope. The good news is that it's not too sweet and the flavor is very good. A quarter of the bag is a little over 2 ounces and is 320 calories, 22 grams of fat and 23 grams of sugars.

Grandma better head back to the kitchen! This product was 'inspired' by the founder of the company's grandmother's recipe. This Almond Water, Coconut Flavor, is purified water, pure cane sugar, almond, coconut and other natural flavors. If you are looking for the health benefits for example, from coconut water, this is not the product for you. It is sweet, contains 30 grams of sugars in a bottle and does have a nice flavor. Just another example of why we need to carefully read the label before you buy.

Get ready for summer - this the product for you and your kids. Think of an ice pop made from vegetables and sweetened with agave nectar. My favorite was the Sweet Potato Pie which is a recipe of sweet potatoes and coconut cream, but the Citrus Cucumber was very refreshing and the Carrot Berry tasted more like carrots than the strawberries. And, Of course Sweet Potato Pie was my favorite - that one has 70 calories and the other two about half of that. Products like this are perfect to wean your kids or yourself off those glow in the dark, totally artificial alternatives that stain your fingers.
