Lookee here - on the package it says 'zip and zing' and I couldn't describe it better myself. Tasty almonds coated with sugar and garlic, and salt and pepper make a delicious snack. One bag, which is 1 1/4 oz has about 4 grams of sugars and 20 grams of fat. This is one of those snacks that are perfect for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up, but they are expensive - the equivalent of over $25 a pound. Delicious...but as they say...eat sparingly.

This salsa is much more hot than sweet. The recipe is packed with dehydrated peppers and habanero chilies. The consistency is a little more watery than I prefer, especially if you are going to eat it with chips. I could see using this as a sauce on chicken or fish or even pasta, on fajitas and just about everything Mexican. The burn is nice and clean and it has just the right amount of garlic. One ounce is just 10 calories and 1 gram of sugars.

The reason Honest Tea has done been so successful is simply that their products are so good. Tulsi, which is also known as holy basil, is mixed with lemon peel, lemon myrtle and lemongrass, which produces a very aromatic and flavorful beverage. There is organic sugar cane added, so a bottle is 60 calories and 16 grams of sugars. The flavor, however, is not nearly as sweet as you might think. Try it - you WILL like it.
