A new on-line cooking program called, Week in a Weekend, shows how to make food over the weekend for the coming week. The program was created by Alexandra Jamieson, professionally trained healthy gourmet chef, certified health and nutrition counselor and cookbook author. Alex joins Phil with the details of her latest project.
