Entrepreneur Rose Biggi founded Beaverton Foods, Inc. in 1929. What started out as a small operation in an Oregon farmhouse basement – where employees used to grind and bottle homegrown horseradish roots by hand – has grown into a family owned, multimillion dollar corporation with more than 150 specialty condiments sold in grocery stores, restaurants, and gourmet shops throughout the US and in 15 foreign countries. Join Rose’s grandson, Executive Vice President Domonic Biggi, as he takes you on a tour of his family’s 80,000 square-foot manufacturing headquarters.
