There is no cost for you to open or maintain your own Personal Fat Diary. You will be able to keep it private or open it up for the world to see just how well you are accomplishing your goals (which I hope you will do). We will also post a real-time scoreboard that will keep track of and list the top ten weight loss winners. I have put my own weight on notice, and have been posting my food intake, exercise and stress levels along with a daily weigh-in. My objective is to lose 16 pounds, and so far, I've lost 6 pounds.
My plan is a simple one: I am not on a special diet -- for me it is about eating less and exercising more.
