The App Review: Find Me Gluten Free

Each week we review a food related app. This week it’s Find Me Gluten Free – find out what the Lempert Report thought.

What it says it does: Find Me Gluten Free helps you eat gluten-free. View local business ratings and reviews, gluten-free menus, get directions, and call them right from the app. Also, easily view gluten-free menus and allergen lists of chains and fast food restaurants. Find gluten-free pizza, bakeries, fast food, local businesses, and more!

What it actually does: Find Me Gluten Free does just that. Enter your location and the app will find you the nearest restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets and more that feature gluten free foods, menus and more. You can view menus, call, or get directions for each business. Users can even view others’ ratings and reviews as well as submit their own.

How useful is the information for target audience?: The information is very useful and helps people find trustworthy gluten free restaurants and other establishments in their home city as well as when traveling.

Ease of use: The app is very easy to use, just enter your location and browse the choices! Can also browse by cuisine or specific dietary needs.

Who would best benefit from the app?: Anyone who needs to eat gluten free or has someone in their family or friends that is gluten free.
