Discover where your steak really comes from and how to get the best from your butcher.
What it actually does: The Nose to Tail app helps you discover new cuts of meat and also how to best prepare each cut. You can browse through cuts by anatomy, cooking methods and suggested uses. There is even an “X-Ray” feature that allows you to discover uncommon cuts and everything about them from nutrition to best cooking method. Illustrated cut and animal diagrams are easy to understand.
How useful is the information for target audience?: The app is great for anyone who shops for meat. From the casual meat eater to the more serious home cook – Nose to Tail is a great shopping companion.
Ease of use: Nose to Tail is very easy to use and completely self explanatory with great information. You can easily filter and search through cuts to find what you are looking for and you can bookmark favorite cuts for quick access later.
Who would best benefit from the app?: Anyone who shops for meat and/or really wants to know what they are buying.
