This package contains 3 mini pizzas - about 2 ounces each. Each one is just 57 calories, 5 grams of fat and 12 grams of protein - but it does have a whopping 850mg of sodium, and you can taste it. The sauce and mozzarella are excellent. And these are developed for people who want to, or need to eat gluten free. The crust itself is actually made with cauliflower which tastes great. The only thing you have to get used to is that the crust is not crispy but has a soft pillow-like consistency. It's a good alternative.
