Bon Appetit Thin Crust Pizza Mozzarella & Pesto

The concept for this pizza is terrific. Cherry tomatoes, slices of mozzarella in addition to shredded. Pesto. Voila! The pizza looks great and almost makes a delicious treat. Almost. The pizza is a little too sweet tasting. The crust, even though they call it "artisan" does little more than act as a carrier for the ingredients and the mozzarella has very little flavor. I cooked it at 13 minutes (they suggest 12-14) and my recommendation is to try it at 14-15 so the mozzarella will actually start to bubble and melt. You'll have to add your own spices as this is a very bland pizza. One-third of the pie, about 4.5 ounces is 310 calories, 14 grams of fat, 8 grams of sugars and 12 grams of protein.
