The red chili pepper is WOW! Great. Made from USDA choice and select beef from US beef. A one ounce portion is just 80 calories, one gram of fat, 8 grams of carbs with 7 grams of sugars and 9 grams of protein. Nothing artificial, no MSG - but it does have 340 mg of sodium. One of the best jerkys I've tasted.
