Overnight Oats is a HIT!
I'm a bit perplexed by this whole "overnight oats" phenomenon. How lazy are we? OK here's how it works. Add milk, put in refrigerator overnight then just stir. Or you could microwave if you like hot oatmeal. This one is made with organic whole oats and cane sugar and a bit of chia seeds, oat bran blueberries and almonds stirred in. Tastes great - but I'd prefer a little less vanilla flavor - it's too overwhelming. The blueberries are great. More blues, less vanilla, please. 220 calories, 5 grams of fat - before the milk, 95 mg of sodium, 9 grams of protein and sugars.
