Fiber One 90 Calorie Brownies Mint Fudge

I was actually surprised how good this brownie tasted. It's a moist, light nice chocolate flavor with a strong mint note.  The consistency is more like a rich chocolate cake with peppermint chips inside than a brownie. But it is only 90 calories with 5 grams of fiber - that is 20% of the recommended daily value of fiber. Unfortunately it also has 8 grams of sugars. Very satisfying mouthfeel and flavor. Like to see them eliminate or replace the Yellow #5 and Blue #1 food color additives.
