1,000 mg. of Omega 3s and 1,000% great taste. This bar is delicious. Packed with blueberries, almonds, macadamia nuts, walnuts, cherries, currants, raisins and, of course, Chia seeds. One bite and you'll be hooked - however, what is surprising is that you really can't taste the dark chocolate flavor. Frankly I like it better without the typical heavy overpowering chocolate anyway. One bar is 180 calories, 9 grams of fat, 12 grams of sugars, 3 grams of protein and zero sodium.
