By now you know I am a huge fan of hemp foods - and this is one of the reasons why. This is delicious, loaded with nutrients and this is what a protein bar should taste like! The ingredients are simple. Imported from Canada, since we can't grow hemp in the U.S., but that's another story for later. One bar is 230 calories. 15 grams of fat, 10 grams of protein and 10 grams of sugars. You will seriously become addicted to this! But it is expensive.
