This is what a protein bar should be. 20 grams of protein and just one gram of sugars.The recipe is well done with a good balance of the taste or peanut butter, chocolate and cake. No one flavor overpowers the other. Certified gluten-free, this bar is definitely tasty and satisfying. The texture isn't as smooth as I'd like, but I'm just being picky. One bar, 230 calories, 9 grams of fat, 130 mg of sodium, total carbs 24 grams with 9 grams of fiber. Well done.
