Grassmilk Kids Yogurt Cup is a HIT!

I'm not sure that kids are going to like this yogurt. The strawberry flavor, made with organic strawberry puree is a bit mild and the yogurt itself has a thin consistency. I love the fact that its is made with milk from 100% grass-fed cows and as a result has a better balance of omega -3 to omega 6 fatty acids. One cup is 110 calories, 4 grams of fat, 70 mg of sodium, 12 grams of sugars (which is a lot for kids and a 4 oz portion) of which 7 grams are added and 4 grams of protein.
