Maple Syrup is a HIT!
Just open the bottle and that bourbon aroma hits you, but when tasting, it's barely present. This Vermont maple syrup is smooth, has a beautiful color - not cloudy - and has a nice clean flavor and not goopy like some imports. Just maple syrup - nothing added and aged in wood bourbon barrels. I'd like to see a bit more info on the label - like how long its aged for, the story of the company, etc. 4 tablespoons is 210 calories, no fat, 7 mg of sodium and 53 grams of naturally occurring sugars. Expensive.
