Balanced Breaks is a HIT!

This is a great concept. Each of these trays, 3 come to a package, contains separate compartments - one for the cheese and one for the fruits and nuts. 7 grams of protein, 12 grams of fat and 180 calories. The sharp Cheddar as perfect - I found the fruit good, but the texture of the nuts being refrigerated made them a bit softer than the typical cashew. So I would leave out at room temperature a bit before eating. This is a great alternative for an afternoon snack for adults - and for kids. I would also like to see a plastic toothpick like utensil to eat the cheese with.
