Chipotle Ranch is a HIT!

This has one of the best and most flavorful chipotle burn I've had. Basically it's a spicy, zippy, zesty ranch dressing with chipotle peppers and other spices. I would use this on salads, burgers, as a dip for veggies. Lots of ways. My only complaint is I do taste a hint of the soybean oil right before the spices take over. A 2 tablespoon portion is 100 calories, 10 grams of fat, 310 mg of sodium (which is a little higher than other ranch dressings) and 3 grams of sugars. Gluten free.
