I've always been a fan of Tabatchnick's frozen soups, and this new line - named after Benje, who now runs the business, is a line of organic non-gmo soups. The dairy-free, gluten-free tomato basil, and I really like tomato soup, has a terrific aroma and is delicious with actual pieces of tomato and other vegetables that are full of flavor.   One bowl is just 110 calories, 3 grams of fat and has 2 grams of protein. However, it does have 13 grams of sugars (both added and naturally occurring from the vegetables) and 640 mg of sodium, which should be lower.
