A Link Between Food & Wellbeing #foodnotphones

On Food not Phones this week, we want to talk about the link between food and well-being, and there's a new survey that has come out. It's from the Ando Foundation and Nissin Food Products. It's called Satisfaction with Food Enjoyment and Variety Survey. It was actually part of the 2022 Gallup World Poll, when they asked consumers around the world three aspects of the food they ate in the seven days before they were interviewed, whether they mostly enjoyed their food, thought it was mostly healthy and felt like they had lots of choices in the types of food.
