Chicago announced a feasibility study to explore the idea of having a city-owned grocery store, as the South and West Side grocers continue to close. And so what they're looking for, and this is part of the Economic Security Project a non-profit, what they're looking for from the feds is $2 million to do the research for this to be the first municipally owned grocery store. I am all for grocery stores working in food deserts. Let's remember we had food stores in grocery deserts and food deserts, but they closed. They closed because they were not profitable. They closed because two people didn't wanna work there because they were concerned about their own safety and security. And number three, they closed because the people in that community didn't shop in those stores and didn't buy those products. So to me, this is a horrible idea.
