On FoodNotPhones, we're going to talk about a new survey from the University of Michigan Health, the CS Mott Children's Hospital National Poll on Children's Health, and what they found is nearly three in four parents polled report making resolutions or setting personal goals throughout the year, with a quarter of them hitting the reset button as the clock strikes midnight for 2024. It's interesting, and why this is partially important to the Food Not Phones Initiative that continues and continues to grow, more than half of the parents wish to spend less time on their phone. They feel that if they spend less time on their phone, they're going to become better parents.
