The Impact of California's Additive Ban

Governor Newsom is trying to do something that no other state has done. It's been done in Europe, but basically he's prohibiting the sale of foods that contain four chemicals that are found in ultra-processed foods, cereals, candy, soft drinks, brominated vegetable oil, potassium bromide, propylparaben and red dye number three. These are already banned in Europe because of the research that they've been doing for years to cancer, reproductive issues and other health problems.
