When I think of the world's healthiest food, I think about nutrient dense and I don't necessarily think about watercress. But when I read about watercress, it's much healthier than I ever thought. I have to start eating watercress! They have shown effects that athletes that eat watercress two hours before they compete lessens their chance of cell damage. Watercress is loads of iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, vitamin K loaded with vitamin C as well.
