New research published in this month’s Obesity found that including protein in three daily meals could reduce late-night desires to eat, increase feelings of fullness, and decrease distracting thoughts about food. Study lead Dr. Heather Leidy, Assistant Professor in the Department of Nutrition and Exercise Physiology at the University of Missouri, shares the results with Phil.
