ABC NEWS CPI REPORT: Food Prices Rose in March with Alex Presha

Grocery prices fell 0.2% from February to March, as the cost of cereal, bakery, and dairy products declined 0.6%, and egg prices dropped 3.4%. Meanwhile, fruits and vegetables got more expensive in March, rising 1%.
