Recipe of the Month: Pulled Pork BBQ Sliders

Yield: 2 sliders, plus a side

Ingredients:

4 ounces Rich’s Simply Pork BBQ with Traditional Sauce

4 Rich’s Baked Sweet Yeasty Dinner Rolls

2 Dill Pickle Chips

½ cup Prepared Coleslaw or other deli side

Procedures:

  1. Slice Rich’s Sweet Yeasty Rolls in half.
  2. Add 2 ounces of Simply Pork BBQ to each slider roll.
  3. Top with 2 slices of dill pickles.
  4. Serve with a side of prepared coleslaw or your favorite deli salad.
