Restaurants offer free meals to Veterans

Several restaurants are showing their appreciation for America's veterans by offering free meals for three days. Today is Veteran's Day, so while you have the day off, if you or someone you know has served in our country's military, here are some places where Veterans are being honored and offered food on the house!

Wednesday Nov. 11 free food  for Veterans

Krispy Kreme is offering all Veterans and active military personnel a free doughnut of any variety.

Applebee's is offering a free meal for all Veterans and active military personnel from 11 a.m. to midnight. All 1,900 locations will offer veterans their choice from six popular dishes.

Outback Steakhouse All Veterans and Active Military will receive a Free Beverage and Bloomin' Onion from Outback Steakhouse when they show proof of service.

Sunday November 15 free meal for Veterans

McCormick & Schmick's is offering all veterans a free meal for the 11th year in a row. This is a popular event so the restaurant highly recommends making reservations so you won't need to wait.


Monday November 16 free meal for Veterans

All Golden Corral restaurants will be offering a free buffet meal to all veterans and active military members. The meals, which includes beverage and dessert , will be available from 5 pm to 9 pm.
