What it says it does: AnyList is the best way to create a grocery shopping list and collect and organize your recipes. Easily share a list with your spouse or roommates, for free. Changes show up instantly on everyone’s iPhone or iPad.
What it actually does: Use AnyList to create a smart shopping list. It’s easy and seamless to use and share. Just start typing in what you need and either tap the item from the list of relevant entries and best guesses or tap return to add it to the list. From there, you can keep typing the next item. You can even add notes to list items to indicate quantity, brand, coupons, etc. Create multiple lists to organize items by store or occasion. Grocery items are automatically separated into categories or users can create their own custom categories. In addition AnyList can be used for recipes where users can add ingredients from recipes to shopping lists with a single tap.
