What it actually does: Seamless is a completely free app and free service to use for local meal delivery, plus there’s no wondering if your order is correct, it’s all right there for you! There is a huge database of restaurants with up to date menus and customer reviews, with more being added daily. What’s great is that the app stores your payment information, so you only have to enter it once. Also if there is an issue with your order, customer service is readily available 24/7.

How useful is the information for target audience?: If you regularly order takeout meals, Seamless is for you. You can customize orders, search restaurants by cuisine and order food without ever picking up the phone! You can even monitor the progress of your order and get a delivery time.

Ease of use: The app is very easy and intuitive to use. You can search by cuisine or by what’s close by to your location or desired delivery location.
