2 cups sugar

2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
2/3 cup Semi-sweet chocolate morsels
3 cups cake flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 cup strong coffee
1/2 cup Creme de Cacao
1/4 cup Kahlua
1/2 cup buttermilk

Coffee Glaze ingredients:
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
2 tablespoons strong coffee
2 tablespoons Kahlua
2 tablespoons Creme de Cacao

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Coat a 10 inch loaf pan with shortening or butter; then dust with flour.
In a mixing bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking soda.
In a separate large mixing bowl, beat together butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
Mix the remaining liquids together: coffee, Kahlua, Creme de Cacao, buttermilk.
Add to the egg mixture by slowly by alternating 1 cup at time of the flour mixture and the liquid mixture.
Mix thoroughly between each addition.
Fold the chocolate chips into the batter.
Pour the batter into the floured pan until three-fourths full.
Place in a preheated oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center, comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 30 minutes, then run a knife around the outside of the pan until the cake easily slides out; invert onto a serving plate.
Punch holes throughout the cake with a skewer or ice pick.
Prepare the glaze by combining the powdered sugar, coffee, Kahlua, and Creme de Cacao.
Mix well, spoon over the warm cake and serve.
