Blue cheese and espresso powder make these burgers so tasty!
Next time your family says, “hamburgers again?” bring out this yummy version, and you'll be hearing praises galore!
Although finely ground coffee works perfectly well, the espresso powder gives a more authentic coffee taste and holds up well against the other strong flavors.
This recipe makes 4 large burgers and the recipe easily doubles.
