Coffee Napoleans

Bring the taste of France to your own kitchen!

This recipe makes 4 servings.

Coffee Napoleans Ingredients:
1 eight-ounce package of frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
1/4 cup regular or vanilla coffee, brewed
Berries for garnish: raspberries, blueberries or strawberries

Preheat oven to 375°F. 
Unfold pastry and cut into 8 rectangles. 
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes and cool. 
Soften the ice cream slightly then add the coffee and blend well; refreeze if it becomes too thin. 
To plate, split the baked pastries lengthwise and spoon ice cream mixture on half of it; top with berries, then place the other pastry half on top. 
Garnish with more berries, whipped cream or powdered sugar, as desired. 
Serve immediately.
