Most Wonderful White Trifle

This recipe makes 8-10 servings.

Most Wonderful White Trifle Ingredients:
2 medium bananas (not too ripe), sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 (4 ounce) package fat-free, sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
1 cup fat-free condensed milk
1 cup water
1 large container low fat whipped topping
1 fat free (or low fat) pound cake, sliced and halved
½ pint fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions:
Soak sliced bananas in lemon juice for several minutes.
In a mixing bowl, mix pudding, condensed milk, and water.
Refrigerate the mixture until it is the texture of pudding.
When pudding mixture is stiff, fold in whipped topping and blend carefully.
Cut pound cake slices in half.
In a trifle bowl, layer the following: pound cake, pudding mixture, sliced strawberries and banana.
Repeat. Decorate the top of the trifle with strawberry and banana slices.
