Portobello Sandwiches w/ White Beans & Roasted Garlic

This recipe makes 4 servings and takes 10 minutes prep time and 20 minutes total time.
Ingredients:
4 Portobello mushrooms
vegetable oil cooking spray
1/8 teaspoon salt
6 cloves roasted garlic (roasted at 375 degrees for 20 minutes)
1 cup canned no-salt-added white beans, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary
4 whole wheat English muffins, such as Pepperidge Farm
4 leaves of romaine
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Coat each Portobello with cooking spray and place on a sheet pan. Cook for 5 minutes, flip, and cook for 5 more minutes. Remove from the oven and season with salt.
Combine the roasted garlic, beans, oil, and rosemary in a food processor and process for 1 minute.
Slice and toast the English muffins. Spread the muffin bottoms with white bean spread, top each with 1 mushroom, 1 romaine leaf, and a muffin top. Serve.
