1, 8-oz bottle chilled Creamy Milk Chocolate Ensure® Clinical Strength*
1 cup frozen pitted dark cherries
½ tsp sugar-free cherry gelatin powder
½ cup low-fat chocolate frozen yogurt
2 tbsp nondairy whipped topping, optional
In a blender, combine Ensure, cherries, gelatin powder, and frozen yogurt. Blend for 15 to 20 seconds until smooth. Serve immediately.
