This is actually a very nice blend of garlic, paprika, tellicherry peppercorns (more on those in a minute), salt, onion, cayenne, smoked paprika, thyme and oregano. What I don't like is that is says it is award winning but from who? And that it says may contain traces of other spices - not good labeling for food allergy sufferers. Tellicherry peppercorns actually come from a city in India, Tellicherry which is on the Malabar Coast and considered one of the finest peppercorns which has a sweet balanced flavor and wonderful aroma.
