Snack Cheese is a HIT!
I really like how this company is changing the dairy case - simple ingredients. They are also using microbial rennet which is vegetarian friendly, an enzyme born from an animal cell but grown in yeast cultures. The cheddar itself is creamy and delicious. Love the individual snack bars - about 3/4 of an ounce each. Each bar is 80 calories, 7 grams of fat, 135 mg of sodium (which I wish was lower) no sugars and 5 grams of protein.
