Typically I don't review antacids, but this one intrigued me as it is a "pro-digestive antacid." So I ate an everything bagel, then a slice of pizza loaded with hot pepper seeds and then I had a mild heartburn. Took two of these and frankly it didn't help that much or that quickly. What I do like versus some of the other antacids on the market is that these do not contain any artificial colors, but they have only about 20% of the calcium carbonate of the other leading brands. It's also very expensive.
