Love this brand, and all they do for taste, the environment and our fellow man. This cereal is made from red spring wheat on Fred Kirschenmann's biodynamic farm in North Dakota. Why is that important? Biodynamics is a holistic, ecological and ethical approach to farming, gardening, food and nutrition. Think of it as organic farming times ten! The cereal itself is delicious made with organic cane sugar, cinnamon and sea salt. Kids' and grownups' taste buds will be overjoyed. One cup 150 calories, half a gram of fat, 5 grams of protein, 5 grams of sugars and just 70 mg of sodium. Cereal sales wouldn't be declining if those other cereals were made, and tasted like this one!
